Our resume writing process typically follows these five steps:

STEP 1 – Initial phone conversation with free resume review

Let’s have a chat! No obligation, no pressure. We’ll talk about your career history and goals and pinpoint steps for moving forward. We’ll also review your existing resume and let you know where it’s working and where it’s falling flat. If you don’t have a resume right now, no worries!

STEP 2 – One-on-one meetup to get started

After you make your 50% deposit, we’ll meet with you by phone, Zoom, or in person, spending the time it takes to review your work history and accomplishments, discuss your strengths, answer your job hunting questions, and create a framework for moving forward.

STEP 3 – The heavy lifting: Writing

This is the easiest part for you, as we do all the work! You provide a few job listings of positions you’re interested in; we take those and our meeting notes and create career magic.

STEP 4 – Review session to finalize your resume

We’ll have an hour-long screen-share session where we we’ll firm up your questions and go over your new resume, cover letter, thank you letter, and LinkedIn content to make sure you know how to get the most mileage from your new content.

STEP 5 – Document delivery

As soon as the balance is remitted, you’ll receive all of your new career content via email in Microsoft Word format. We will be here going forward to answer questions, replace missing files, or help with a resume update.
